The Olive and the Whale platform is a white-labeled service built on GoHighLevel. Use of the platform is subject to both these Terms and GoHighLevel's terms of service. Platform subscriptions, billing, and cancellation policies are outlined at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify platform features, pricing, and availability with reasonable notice.
Payment terms for consulting services, platform subscriptions, and other paid offerings are agreed upon at the time of engagement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement. Platform subscriptions may be cancelled in accordance with the terms outlined at signup.
By providing your phone number and email address and checking the consent box on any of our forms, you consent to receive text messages and email communications as described in our Privacy Policy.
